It’s Tutorial Tuesday!!

I’m giving you the Ruffled Rosette- designed by yours truly!  This is a super sweet little rosette.  Great for decorating packages, picture frames, really anything that has a flat surface.  

Once you get the hang of these little babies, you’ll be busting them out in no time.  Have fun decorating, and making someones day.
